Lost or Stolen Cards
Call 410-828-4500 and listen for the prompt to report a lost or stolen card. You will be issued a new card and card number after speaking with a representative.
Temporarily Misplaced Your Card?
If you have misplaced your card, you can temporarily Disable it and then Reactivate it via online or mobile banking when you find it. Simply access your account. Click on Remote Control Cards under the Account section on the left side of the page. This will alleviate having to get a new card and card number. If you don’t find your card, please call 410-828-4500 and report it as Lost or Stolen.
